Thank you for shopping with us! Because our store utilizes specialized, custom print-on-demand technology and multiple premium fulfillment warehouses, our returns process is strictly managed according to the following guidelines.
1. Cancellations & Modifications
- Timeframe: You can request a cancellation or change (size, address, color) within 2 hours of placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (100% Covered)
If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is the wrong product/size compared to your order confirmation, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

- Reporting Window: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a clear unboxing video or photos showing the defect/wrong item alongside the shipping label.

3. Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse (Exchange Only / No Returns)
Because our apparel items are custom printed individually for you at the time of order, we do not stock inventory and cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or accidental sizing choices.

- Optional Clause (Highly Recommended for India): If you ordered the wrong size, we offer a one-time size exchange. A nominal shipping/re-printing fee of ₹[approx- 420/-] will apply to cover the courier cost.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
